XCMG XR240E Rotary Drilling Rig – Short English Introduction The XCMG XR240E is a multi-function hydraulic rotary drilling rig designed for bored pile construction in roads, railways, bridges, buildings and other infrastructure projects. It delivers a maximum output torque of 240 kN·m, a maximum drilling diameter of up to 2,200 mm and a maximum drilling depth of around 70 m, making it suitable for medium to large-diameter pile foundations. Powered by an Isuzu electronically controlled turbocharged engine with a rated power of about 270 kW, the XR240E offers stable power output and improved fuel efficiency. The machine supports multiple working modes, including crowd cylinder pressurization, crowd winch pressurization, CFA, oscillator and dual powerhead operation, allowing quick function switching to meet different site requirements.
