Description
The XCMG XR200E is a multi-function hydraulic rotary drilling rig designed for bored pile construction in building foundations, highways, railways, bridges and municipal projects. It delivers a rated output torque of 220 kN·m, a maximum drilling diameter of 1,800 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 52–65 m, making it suitable for medium-diameter pile foundations.
Powered by an Isuzu 6HK1X electronically controlled turbocharged engine with a rated power of 212 kW, the XR200E offers stable power output and improved fuel efficiency. The machine supports quick switching between crowd cylinder pressurization, crowd winch pressurization and optional oscillator functions. Its rotary drive performance is improved by about 11% and the main winch by about 18%, while the main and auxiliary winches both use single-layer rope technology for longer service life.
